Reviewed by hina on 2011-04-30 21:28:14 I had threading done here many times and was constantly told by the staff oh your hairy too hairy you should go for IPL impulse light treatment..first i was reluctant bt the constant belittleing and naging i decided it give it a try..i had no patch test as bhavna said i didnt need one...on the day she burnt my whole neck i had to put of with my skin falling off. .Cobstant infections and boils and am now left with a permenant scar a keloid...and she didnt even say sorry..just fobbed me off saying it woll be fine and i should stop moaning.... 1
Rubbish customer service Reviewed by anon on 2011-02-03 22:31:18 i booked a treatment and was told it would be ok if i arrived a few minutes later then the scheduled time as would be driving through rush hour traffic. i arrived 8 minutes late (as agreed) and was made to sit in the waiting area for a further 5 minutes until a beautician casually strolled downstairs and told me that i was late and that she wouldn't be able to carry out my treatment before her next appt! if i couldn't be fitted in then how about telling me over the phone so i don't waste 40 mins in traffic to get there! if this is how customers are treated i am surprised that the place is in business. however i was asked if i wanted to come in tomorrow instead. how about NO THANKS!! 1
