Very disappointed with the customer service at this salon, I went to try them for threading on my brows and top lip, the lady doing the treatment did not say hello, seemed to find it funny that my eyes were watering and then stood there when she was done and I had to ask where to pay and how much. I was hoping I had found a salon in walking distance where I could get all my beauty treatments done but after this I will not be going back. The eyebrows are not even done well and I had to get my tweezers out when I got home to tidy up all the stray hairs (quite a lot of them).

Absolutely disgusting attitude by shop owner and member of staff, the owner of the store is rude and abrupt and talks about her customers and always complains about them. She's bullied staff members out of work and underpaid member of staff also. She ruined my brows and couldn't even paint my nails correctly. There's always an atmosphere on the shop floor. The shop is know for selling dodgy goods and is also known for the horrific hairdressing. I will not be returning for sure.

Very good service and did an excellent job on my nails which lasted over two weeks. They also went out of their way to fit me in so I could get my nails French manicured before I went off on holiday.
