About The WeightMatters Practice
Having been on diets and worried about my weight for most of my life, it was a great relief to meet James. His approach is relaxed and friendly and always makes me feel at ease, putting a smile on my face even when I’m particularly grumpy! James has persuaded me to think and feel completely differently about food, enabling me to realise that you can enjoy treats without feeling massively guilty. I know I’ve got a long way to go, but with James for support, I am confident I will achieve what I want to, and would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you James!
