I recently spent over £2000 on 10 microdermabrasion treatments and products. One of the treatments left me with scabs across my forehead. At the end of treatment (while remaining calm and waiting for owner to offer me a free treatment as I am non-confrontational) I had a shelak foot and hand treatment which also on the hands went terribly wrong. I came in to have them redone and when the technician removed the old to replace the new, she said I had to pay for the renewal, of a botched job! I told her not only had she not offered me an extra face treatment, but now wanted me to pay for another mistake. Please be very careful if you go here. If treatments go wrong you will inevitably be out of pocket to repair the damage, so be aware and good luck!
