I can only encourage you to go somewhere else! The beautician took off half my eye brow during the eye brow wax. However, I could have put that down to a bad day if it had not been for the fact that I was over-charged by £60 for the treatment! The beautician then had to call the Glasgow office to give them my card details (which makes me think that my card details will be cloned any time now). Over the next two days she called me several times to because she thought the payment had not gone through. When I checked my bank balance however, it turned out that she had taken the money twice. When I called her, she needed to check that with the head office, but for two weeks did not call me back. Only when I spoke to her supervisor did I get my refund. The customer service is appalling and I wound not go back to that spa again!!! In the end I manage to get this one month after the treatment.
