OK, here’s what I and most other people require from a hairdresser: a) LISTEN to what your client wants b) Deliver it quickly and efficiently c) Don’t waste their time d) Don’t PERFORM, do your job – that is, haircutting.I gave these guys two chances to live up to their hype and they failed miserably, even after I complained the first time and was promised better service next time. The experience is all about over friendly half-trained hairdressers trying to put on an act and sell you their products rather than give you a good haircut. The focus is clearly on the acting rather than the expertise. They ruined my hair and I’m never going back.
