The Academy

I would give this salon a miss unless you don't mind having a bad haircut and being ripped off. I was told that children where charged 8.50 for a hair cut. I brought my daughter into the salon the stylist used a water bottle and trimmed my daughters back of her hair. I told the stylist that my daughters fringe was down to her nose and needed a cut too. The stylist then put my daughters hair band back on her head and when we got to the front desk then charged me 29.50. I was in complete shock, I was then told because my daughter had turned 6 the week before the price goes up from 8.50 to 29.50. I wasn't happy, but paid it. The next morning when I washed my daughters hair I then realised the stylist never cut her fringe either. when you call up to ask what you get for 29.50 the salon says they treat them like young adults for that price. Really, a water bottle and half a hair cut. No Thanks
