Talking Heads Hair & Beauty Salon

I have been going to this salon for around 2 years now and i can honestly say that this is the best salon i have ever been to. Their customer service is of the highest standard. The staff are very welcoming and each one of them really goes out of their way to make sure i am relaxed and have everything i need. You can see that the whole team get along which adds to the lovely atmosphere. I am always being complimented on my hair and nails and i would 100% recommend this salon to everyone! So to anyone looking for a nice salon with great customer service, a lovely atmosphere and great prices, you must try this place!

Absolutely appalling customer service, had a set of gel nails done as I was going away on business, gels start coming off next day! my nails looked a mess and I was really aware of them all the time, couldn't easily remove them while I was away. (I always had gels done in City Centre and they lasted for 2 weeks minimum and sometimes even 3 weeks!) right?! called and left numerous messages for manager to call back, never heard back from her, walked into the salon at the weekend and ask to see the manger, she refused to talk about the matter at the salon and they don't have refund/goodwill policy!! VERY DISAPPOINTING She suggested our staff are graduate and she is giving them a chance! OK, you shouldn't charge full price and give your customers the choice! Very POOR Customer service, waist of money. Not recommending, they may have good stylist but poor management. So never go back again.
