I have moved around the country because of my Husbands work I have beeb colouring my hair sincec 2004, In have been to 3 other salon's in South Wales and this is the only salon which carried out a skin test to see if i would react to the dye. I have been pleased with the service i have had also the colour lasts longer than anywhere else I have been. Also the cutting is very good I go on a Monday and the stylist is very attentive and does a good job. Its quiet then and I am very pleased indeed, was recommended to this salon by a neighbour as we moved here 12 mths ago

Service is good and I am very pleased with the stylist I have (Amanda) My husband also has Amanda to do his hair. He is picky and is very pleased we have been going there for 8 montths. There is never any waiting and the quality of her work is cery good

have also had a bad time at Talk of the Town. I was a customer for about a year getting my highlights done once a month, though it was often patchy, the price changed everytime (there is additional charges for a blowdry and toner) I went there and the colour was inconsistant (once I fancied a change and asked for a different colour - it was certainly a different colour - completely different from the colour I asked for!)I stayed a loyal customer as the girls working there are lovely - I think the manager is the problem as I saw her shouting and being rude to the girls on several occasions - telling them to use less foil and sell products etc...I thought if she talks to them like that while I'm here I wonder what it's like when I'm not! Eventually after my hair was botched again (probably because the manager is so insistant about the girls cutting corners) I decided to leave for the last time. It was only after using other salons I realised how poor my colour had been at Talk of the Town.
