I contacted this salon via KGB discount offer for Brazilian Keratin Treatment - thankfully before I bought one. I phoned to ask whether they did mixed/afro hair - mine is below shoulder length & the receptionist said to email my query as no-one was available to answer my query. I received an email prompty saying please go elsewhere as no-one in the salon has the experience. So saved myself £47 & alot of hassle there - moral of the story discount deals are great but always check with provider whether they can actually provide the goods/services!
