Me and a friend went for our first ever Garra Rufa fish pedicure here last week and it was fab. We really enjoyed our experience and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely go again! The fish tank was very clean and we used the tanks for 30mins each, I was suprised how nice it felt after a few minutes because I was really scared and didnt think that I would last the whole 30mins but the staff had magazines available for us to read and I ended up enjoying the whole treatment :)

I totally agree with previous comments, the manageress was so rude and unhelpful every time I spoke to her and during treatment. This is a salon with curtains and 2 treatment beds at the back, and is not a spa day!! The half hour treatments were basic and lasted 20 mins not the full half hour as paid for! Don't waste your money!! I

I totally agree with review by Lindsay. The receptionist who calls herself the 'manageress' is extremely rude and has a dreadfully bossy manner. She just seems interested in taking money from you and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Save your money and go somewhere cheaper and with a much better atmosphere

Awful, staff are extremely rude. And when I tried to complain about the way I'd been spoken to I got told they didn't class me as a client until they received payment! Totally disgusted. Do not waste your money here.
