I was very excited when I saw this new spa open in Balham as there aren't many places to go in the area where you can get good specialist treatments. As it's still new I was lucky enough to call and book in on a Saturday afternoon. Result! My therapist Caroline was great, she aired on just the right side of talkative without ruining my relaxation. I had a one hour dermalogica facial and was pleased with the treatment which included both a steam and extraction, leaving my skin glowing!, and the best thing was it was only £40, which is half what I normally have to pay in town. A total bargain ... I will definitely be back.

I had a terrible time at this establishment. The therapist allocated had a significant attitude problem and demonstrated their feelings by delivering one of the worst treatments I ever experienced. I wrote twice to the shop complaining but didn?t even get the courtesy of a reply or even an acknowledgement. My advice is to avoid this shop as they don?t appear to have any interest in customer service.
