Be warned that laser hair removal is an ongoing treatment (lifetime according to Renew Medica) and not a miracle! Don’t, and I mean DO NOT feel compelled to purchase a top up or a course of six with a promise of some discount as you will NOT be liable for a refund. If, like me, you have had multiple treatments over a course of years with the hairs still predominant and apparent with little or no change, staff have an unsympathetic attitude towards any complaint, drop their friendly barrier and reveal harsh sale tactics you would see when you are refused a refund at Argos, with the familiar lines ‘no guarantee and no refund’! Renew Medica are happy to take your money but be warned that you would never see that money again.These machines suit some people but not all, be prepared to accept that it may not help with your hair growth, remember to always trust your instincts, photograph and record your hair growth and don’t rely on the so say of the staff. After all they see you after 6 weeks and look at many different clients in between, at first I felt that I needed to hear that my hair growth had reduced, which in actual fact after recording my progress, there was no such a change! Renew Medica made me feel vulnerable rather than boosting my confidence, with their harsh attitudes, especially their sky rocketing prices they have introduced since late last year. They are uncompetitive and have a trick of reeling customers offering services despite knowing the length of the treatment may be needed, much to the customer’s shock! When my treatment was obviously not working I received snotty behaviour with the recitals of no refund no guarantee ‘gospel’.
