I was deeply unhappy with my recent cut, which I had purchased through a Groupon offer, which, incidentally, included a "special treatment and massage" that amounted to having a normal wash with no more "massage" than the bare minimum required to raise a lather... I gave simple instructions, precisely specifing to the hairdresser (who I think was about 18 at most) what I wanted. She proceeded to ignore the instructions relating to length, style, requirement to be able to tie my hair back and everything else. I politely said I was not happy with what she had done and that she had ignored my requests, she argued saying that she had and then reluctantly tried to rectify and actually made moves to make the already too short cut even shorter, which I stopped her from doing. She cut my fringe into a horrible style which did not suit me at all and was very different from my previous style (I had just wanted a trim, not a restyle), and when asked to recut that too she obliged and made it better, but it was not what I wanted, I was not happy because the damage was done - it's not like you can stick hair back on, is it?!The other girls in the salon were pleasant and helpful, but in spite of making it clear to my hairdresser I was not happy, I was not offered a refund or anything - I was actually offered a price list for when I came back - as if I would!! I would highly recommend staying away from this salon.
