About Physique 57
A great way to mix up your gym routine. This strength/cardio combination class uses the ballet barre and really gets a muscles you wouldn't normally use... The teachers are all friendly and knowledgeable. Recent additions to the schedule make it easier to get into classes, and the addition of more levels of classes make it more targeted for the customers. A super tough workout, but worth it! On the expensive side, esp if in addition to your normal gym, but I am still going back 1-2x / week so clearly I think it is worth it...
