Would not go back here EVER again. The treatment room was small, and freezing cold, which wasn't conducive to stripping off. I wasn't offered any privacy whilst I undressed for my brazilian waxing - the therapist stood right there in the room with me - neither was I offered a towel or anything to cover myself with.The door opened outwards so when the therapist left after my waxing anyone could see in and see me naked from the waist down.The waxing itself wasn't any more or less painful than I've experienced anywhere else, but when I got home I noticed a fair few stray hairs that had been missed, and there was a whole line of hair on the inside of my "lips" which hadn't been removed at all. The therapist also required me to hold and pull my skin to assist her in the hair removal, which I have never been asked to do before. She also talked non-stop through the procedure about her husband and his business in France - quite frankly who cares? I wanted 15 minutes to chill out and relax, not hear about someone else's problems.Overall I was very disappointed with the whole experience, and will definitely be sitcking with Leigh Sanctuary instead!
