I had a very bad experience with Pasha clinic. I bought laser treatment packet from them last 3 years ago,but their machines are very old,I still have problem also you have to wait 1-2 month to get the new appointment date ,also staff are very rude not helpful at all,specially Fulden ,she is calling her self the manager but she have very bad manner to customer.They don't know how to talk to customer.If you paid before you have to wait ,wait and wait never ended,just west of time...I am not only one the complaining all my friends are complaint them but nothing changed..

Staff are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Over 10 appointments were cancelled over the summer last year. Dr Kargin is diabolical. Don't expect them to answer the phone and do not expect any service let alone with a smile. If I hadn't bought a bundle I would simply avoid this place at all costs.

I paid for a session of "unlimited" laser treatment from Pasha. "Doctor" Kargin saw me once, and then never again. She canceled without notice on more than 3 occasions. The treatment also doesn't work very well-Ive had treatment elsewehere and its worked faster. I have contacted the doctor about this and she has ignored me, and now stopped my treatment. The treatment is non-refundable and the posters were NOT up in the reception in Green Lanes when I signed up. Once they have your money they dont care about the quality of treatment, this is even reflected in their Healthcare review. The terms and conditions also change frequently without notice. Be very careful! Read ALL reviews before spending money you cant get back-some ARE written by staff as they have used the same lines on me in branch!

I have read various reviews on Pasha Clinic, mostly negative. My experience is the opposite. So far my treatment have been excellent with attentive staff. I am on my third microdermabrasion treatment and I am so happy with the results. My face is noticable clearer and radiant. The session starts with the microdermabrasion and ends with a lovely facial massage, making you feel extremely relaxed. I personally phoned Pasha after my last treatment and told them how happy I was with treatment and the beautican. I'm a very satisfied client.
