I've had a consultation in March 2009 to get laser hair removal treatment for the whole body. At the time i was a breastfeeding mother and have stated this in the consultation. I was consulted by a member of staff and she assured me that they will be able to perform the treatment and took £500 as deposit. I was given an appointment for the following week for my treatment to commence. I went to my appointment and was seen by Dr Menevse KARGIN, she looked at the notes that have been given to her by her staff and said staright away that because i was breastfeeding and there were risks that i couln't have the treatment. I was very disapointed with this as i have been told i could. I then asked for my money back and to my suprise i was told by this so called Doctor that Pasha Clinic was a non-refund clinic.I challenged her that the right information was not given to me at the time of the consultation, and that she had no right in taken and keeping a deposit for a treatment she cannot provide.Pasha Clinic clients being treated with laser equipment are not being asked to provide prior consent. Consequently there is no documented evidence that the risks and benefits of the treatment are being explained to the clients before the treatments proceed.I have tried to get my money back to this date and i'm taking legal action against Pasha Clinic. This place has allready FAILED the Healthcare Commision Inspection.I don't advise anyone to attend Pasha clinic and take on any of their treatments or trust any of their staff. This clinic is efficient, helpfull, friendly and proffessional only at the point where they take your money after that you are treated the lowest of the lowest.
