Independently run by Michelle Duberry, Nice Nails Baby opened in 2009 in London’s busy district of Victoria (SW1). One year on the salon has built a steady clientele of well groomed ladies who no longer consider the manicure as a luxury but more as a way of life.
Nice Nails Baby is just a stone’s throw away from Victoria Station, at 164 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5LB.
The salon is open from 10am until late. It is best to make an appointment but you can always pop in on the off chance; the girls will always do their best to accommodate you. Prices are reasonable - with a full manicure at just £12, a real bargain!
All signature treatments are done within 60 minutes - perfect for a bit of lunchtime pampering or as a quick stop after work.
Nice Nails Baby’s policy is that If You Look Great, You’ll Feel Great - which is why owner Michelle is determined to keep the prices small so all of her clients can afford to look great all of the time.
But Nice Nails Baby is about so much more than its wide range of affordable beauty treatments! When Michelle qualified as a beauty therapist in 1999, she began to work in one of London’s first nail bars; The Finger Factory in Hackney. The salon had a great vibe, and was a meeting point for local women to come and watch the weekly soaps, have a cup of tea or eat the food from the local Caribbean take away. It’s this community atmosphere that owner Michelle has successfully recreated at Nice Nails Baby: You’re always welcome for a natter
