New York Hair

I have been to many different hair stylists. Normally, they pick up that my hair is curly (even if it's been straightened) right away, listen to me and understand my hairtype and what I want with very little effort on my part. I tried to explain in detail what I wanted to the woman at New York Hair but she didn't get it. She didn't even texturize or thin it like I asked. I came out with a unprofessional style and cut and also was denied a student discount because I am not at Uni in West Sussex.The customer service in general was quite friendly but for £40 I expected a great haircut and great style but was overcharged and very disappointed. Never again. Not worth the money.I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed.
