They couldn't have spent more time and attention with my hair and made it look very beautiful. I had the stylist for my cut and the owner did my highlights. Fully satisfired. 4

Everyone in the salon was so welcoming and helpful. Although there was a bit of trouble with my hair colour taking a long time to take, the results were wonderful, especially as my visit was courtesy of a Groupon. Thanks to everyone for a very pleasant experience and very good service. I will be back and I would recommend them without hesitation. 4

Literally booked in with Toni and guy straight after to sort out the mess they made with my hair. Plus the 'cut' was terrible and lasted two minutes if that, I still had an uneven cut with many split ends at the end. Waste of money!! 1

They completely ruined my hair, putting a dark colour on the roots of my blonde hair leaving it two different colours and the cut was simply a two minute hacking when I'd clearly stated and provided pictures of a re-style, it looks like something a 4 year old could do if let loose with a pair of playschool scissors! Terrible salon, avoid at ALL costs. 1

• Reviewed by annoymous on 2011-11-03 20:52:25 Staff were grumpy and unprofessional. The cut was booked with a top stylist but the stylist rushed the cut and then passed me to a junior for a blow dry. The cut was poor and because the stylist was rushing she cut her finger. 1

I felt I was on a conveyer belt throughout, my hair was tugged and pulled so roughly I couldn't wait for the painful experience to end . The cut lasted about two minutes and I went out with brown hair dye on my forehead, sides and down the back of my neck. 2

The owner hadn't got a clue what she was going on about and very hard to understand her. my hair is a horrible orange colour. She also burnt me with the hairdryer. And i do not recommend anyone going there. 1
