My mother and I purchased 8 powerplate sessions from Groupon. We had a lot of fun in the lessons which were 20 minutes each - doesn't sound long, until you do it! The staff were great and varied each session so it was not repetitive. We were also given trials of the circuit, which is very similar to the Curves workout but more intense. The staff appear very dedicated to what they do which is great to see and really gets you in the mood for an intense workout. I definitely recommend this gym, although the prices are quite high, I think they are justified in what is provided.
