Went to the salon as my friend recommended it. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the results. Etna did my highlights, she is very nice and professional. However my blowdry with Michele was not an enjoyable experience, she kept talking to her colleagues all the time and not paying much attention to what she was doing with my hair. Reception at the salon is the worst ever. Me and my friend had made an appointment before going to a very important event. I forgot my appointment time and called them to confirm it but it turned out they put us for a completely different day! And they did not even apologise and changed our appointments as if they did us a favour. Outrageous.
