About Movers & Shapers West Hampstead
I have been going for power plate sessions twice a week (30-minute sessions) since last summer. I love the atmosphere in the West Hampstead store and the staff is very friendly and motivating. The instructors are knowledgeable and vary each session which makes it fun but also tough. In just 4 weeks I felt much stronger, more energised and I have definitely seen a change in body shape which I have been able to sustain. People around me tell me I look more toned and healthy, which feels great. I would without doubt recommend Movers & Shapers to everyone; it’s a fantastic way of toning up, lose those extra inches and generally feel better about yourself.
