The hair cut was ok but I believe it was poor value for the money i paid. My main gripe was I was asked if i would like additional treatments and the additional price was not mentioned! Overall a standard haircut with additional sales tactics trying to sell me additional hair products I did not want or need!

An absolute disastrous place because the stylist ended up cutting the back of my neck with electric clippers and now my neck is very red and sore.My neck was bleeding yet i did not get an apology just my neck quickly wiped with a towel in order to try and cover up the mistakes!my neck was burning so i had to leave the salon and buy antiseptic cooling cream from the chemist.Then he had the cheek to charge me £7 extra for using straightners on my Bob- styled hair that had just been ruined with the effect of a red neck-unbelievable!
