The therapist was fantastic in preparing me for this experience although my shrieks took a long while to subside! however, once I had adapted to the nibbling at my feet, it was a very relaxing and soothing experience. The therapist recorded it for me and kept me talking so i could make the most of my time. Excellent, will go again .
