Considering this is in a very busy store it was beautifully quiet, you felt soothed just going in the door. My therapist was perfect, great hands, lovely relaxed yet professional manner and really couldn't do enough to make my treatment wonderful. I would really recommend this to anyone who fancys a soothing treatment when their out and about in London and might not have the time for a spa visit. I loved it and would definetly visit again. I didn't think i'd find being in a chair rather than a bed relaxing, but it was so comfortable I soon forgot about it. Elemis have really done this well.
