Best. Haircut. Ever. I hadn't had my haircut in almost 9 months because I had a really bad experience and was scared to try out a new stylist. After reading good reviews, I booked the appointment. Pamela is amazing. Before even washing my hair she sat me down in her chair and LISTENED to me talk about my hair for a good 10 minutes. I told her how I usually style it, what kind of products I use, what I like about my hair and problems I usually have. She took all this into account when she cut my hair. She explained to me exactly what she was going to do and why before she did anything. She has SO much knowledge and expertise. Gave me great tips about how to care for my hair (not just product recommendations, but what types of brushes to use, how often to wash and condition etc). The cut was amazing. Probably the best I've ever had. The real test (in my opinion) of a good stylist is how good my hair looks when I'm doing it myself the next day. Using her tips and product recommendations, my hair looked almost as good when I did it myself as when I walked out of the salon. Just goes to show how much she really listened to exactly what I needed. If you are someone who needs a bit of coaching on how to care for and style your hair, Pamela is your girl! Also, if you''re like me and you've had horrible stylists in the past who just didn't listen to what you wanted and did whatever they felt like, go to Pamela. She's like a hair therapist!
