Breath and Health Alternative Medical Centre

I have a wonderful Shiatsu Man in the UK and have really missed his treatments. I came to Breath & Health looking forward to a relaxing, healing experience and when I arrived it seemed so beautiful! Candles everywhere, lovely aroma wafting through, soft, relaxing music playing over the sound system. Well, I left feeling abused and traumatized! When she started, the Indian therapist pressed her whole weight onto my head and I thought, surely this isn't right? I went with it, thinking perhaps different people work different ways. When she had me crying with pain later, explaining she had to release the blockage, I stupidly allowed it! Now I wish I had walked out and refused to pay! I emailed my therapist back home about my experience and he assured me that Shiatsu practitioners are supposed to work with their clients and that too much pressure, causing too much pain, is far more damaging than healing. I'm really annoyed that I allowed her to carry on and I will never go here again! Awful experience!
