    This one is long but worth reading, I promise!

    I've purchased and booked a fish pedicure for me and my mum through Groupon and was looking forward to this new experience. The receptionist was already rude over the phone but I had no idea that this will turn into such an unpleasant experience!

    We went on Sat 16th July 2011 at 1pm and a rude middle aged blond woman at reception announced that we'll have to wait 25 mins and didn't even bother apologising for the delay. The staff were giving us looked down at us and made us feel uncomfortable, didn't even offer us to take a seat ( I had to ask them if we can sit down and asked for a glass of water for me and my mum) Finally after 45 mins of waiting, the fish in the tanks were not very active at all and we had to move to a new tank twice so we can get some results! I asked one of the staff if we I can change tanks and she unwillingly said fine but also told me that if i would put my feet at the top of the water surface and stopped talking the fish would become active....how ridiculous and rude is that, especially coming from a manager of a salon in Fulham which is supposed to be very professional and apparently celebrities go there! After a few minutes another member of staff came and told us to go back to the first tanks as somebody has apparently "booked" the ones we were sitting at. I refused as it was clearly a nonsense! How can somebody book a fish tank in advance??

    After 15 mins they told us to leave as they "believed" our time was up! We've paid for a 30 min treatment so I told them we weren't going anywhere until the 30 mins are up. They became extremely rude and raised their voices at us in front of other customers and accused me of swearing at the staff which has never happened, even the other customers confirmed that! AWFUL! I told them this matter should not be discussed in front of other customers who came there to enjoy themselves and relax and I said I will speak to them upstairs and their answer was NO... JUST LEAVE! I did have my say anyway as I felt this behaviour was really unacceptable!

    We ended up leaving with a massive headache and raised blood pressure, I can't for the life of me remember ever being treated in such a disrespectful way anywhere I went! I will leave this review on as many websites as possible so they will hopefully learn how to respect customers and do their jobs properly but if I were you I would skip this place because it's full of snobs!! And funny enough, all the staff looked like as if they needed a top-to-toe makeover!
