• Reviewed by miko surgenor on 2012-01-25 10:59:34 I had a really bad experience in this hair salon. first of all when I went in for my appointment exactly on time, I was left waiting while the hair dresser went out for a smoke. He knew I was waiting but still did not greet me. Before I got my hair washed I showed him photos of what hair cut I wanted, which he shrugged and said he could do that 'no problem'. I was taking to the sinks were another guy 'washed' my hair. During the cutting experience it was horrible. My shiney hair seemed to turn to frizz as he was blow drying it in a complete mess, and the cut (especially the fringe) would not sit correctly and it was obvious to me he had cut it wrong. At that stage I asked him to stop. There was other customers in the salon watching this performance and I'm sure they were thinking 'look at the state of her hair', it was embarrassing. He was very rude to me when I complained and asked me 'well do you want someone else to do it'Then he walked away! The owner heard the commotion and asked me what was wrong which i explained. He told me my hair hadnt been rinsed properly. so I had to get my hair washed again.A girl then proceded to do the blow dry which was more professional but the cut of the fringe was a mess. The owner didnt take payment (which he should of) and offered to cut my fringe in a couple of weeks. But obviously i did not return to the salon.Worst experience ever! 1
