Despite being a walk in appointment, I was quicky, politely and efficiently seen to. I was guided over to a chair and made to feel comfortable before the therapist started work. She quickly and professionally completed an excellent eyebrow shape. chit chat was kept to a minium, which was fine by me, and it was relaticely painless. Very impressed!
