I would not recommend this place to any of my friends. I visited recently for a Manicure and Pedicure and was very disappointed. This place advertises itself as a Spa, offering Spa Days and a large range of treatments, however the dirty floors in the treatment rooms, broken foot spa and grotty ceiling tiles are rather different to any spa I've ever been to.My pedicure was so-so, the description on the website was for exfoliation, cuticle work and removal of dead skin; after my feet had been in the broken footspa there was some exfoliation and cuticle work but definitely no removal of dead skin - this was the reason I'd booked a professional pedicure and not done it myself.The manicure was even worse, I had the treatments on Saturday morning and by Saturday evening every single nail was chipped, it's now Monday evening and I've removed the lot. I was also stabbed by the careless therapist whilst she did the cuticle work and my thumb was bleeding, I know have a red and swollen cuticle so even if my nail varnish hadn't chipped I wouldn't be showing off my hands. Since the visit I have spoken to friends and also heard horror stories about the hairdressers at this establishment.I was not made to feel welcome by the receptionists on my arrival or departure and shall not be giving my £60 to this establishment in future.
