About Agua at Sanderson
I decided to treat my best friend for her birthday to a spa experience at Agua at Sanderson as it was highly recommended to me. As I was about to get married I thought I’ll have a treatment myself. So we both booked in for the same facial treatment.I’ve had experienced a few facial treatments before in the past however I was shocked to find out that my therapist did not even bother to analyze my skin, she hardly asked me any questions related to my skin, there was no genuine interest whatsoever. On top of everything I was left alone with the mask on in a cubicle for approximately 20 min with no neck and shoulder massage or even hand massage. When I asked about the products she used she just turned around and said “reception will assist you with that”....no prescription sheet or aftercare was given to me. When I compared my facial experience with my friend’s experience it was completely different. She luckily did receive all the attention she needed including skin analysis and massage; she was not left alone by her therapist and was even given homecare advice and even prescription sheet. When I mentioned to reception I was not very happy I was again shocked to find out that my therapist was one of the senior members of staff, and was ensured that a supervisor will call me back during the week. Well, no one called and no one cared. I certainly will never come back again and will never recommend this place either.
