COmpletely unprofessional, staff had no customer service skills

Completely disappointed with my treatment of hair laser removal. I wasn't explained beforehand the how the treatment worked, what I should and shouldn't do beforehand, aftercare, nothing but a sheet to be signed. Smallprint that the course of 6 sessions runs out after 6 months, although due to work commitments which is partly my fault there was hardly availability for the weekends. Therefore, the 2 sessions I had remaining for the month it was due to expire are now invalid. A huge waste, especially considering I paid and extra £70 for hands which has also expired. After 4 treatments (all of which felt rushed) the hair on my arms have grown back as normal and I have noticed no difference whatsoever. The staff aren't particularly friendly or helpful. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Do not go here, there are plenty of other places that are more keen to genuinely help you and do a good job, than to just take your money.
