10 Movie Halloween Looks
1: Effie Trinket from The Hunger Games. Unless your hair is already short and dip-dyed lilac, you’re going to need a wig to be Effie Trinket. For the makeup, start with a complete coverage foundation and heavy powder. For the eyes, you’re going to need very bright pigment so try Sleek’s Neon palette, which is available from Superdrug in the UK. You can use the same bright pink shade as a blush. Use a white or flesh coloured eyeliner, like Mac’s chromographic pencil in a nude shade (these are only available from pro stores or the website). Effie’s eyelashes can be recreated with the intricate paper cutout eyelashes from brand Paperself. For the lips, use OCC’s Lip Tar in Demure, brushed on a heart shape over the true shape of your lips. Finish with a smudge of dark purple lipstick on your bottom lip.
