Demolish Dry Skin for Good!

Dry skin can affect many areas of the body but one place we don't want it is our legs, especially when we are wearing shorts, skirts and dresses out and about!

From moisturisers to diets, we'll give you the low down on how to get rid of it. 

 


 

So what causes dry skin?

 

- Poor hygiene

 

- Chain Smoking 

 

- Regular alcohol consumption

 

- Sunlight without protection 

How do we fix it? 

 

Firstly make sure you wash properly and get rid of all those germs lurking around. Your skin is actually dependent on it's natural oils so be careful what products you are using because some can actually remove this. 

 

It is also beneficial to exfoliate on regular basis, usually once a week. This removes all dead skin cells enabling in successful replenishment and moisturising. 

 

Ensure you purchase a new razor (blade) on a regular basis because blunt blades can often cause irritation. 

 

Maintaining a balances diet and drinking plenty of water is also helpful keeping dry skin at bay. Omega 3 is what we want! 

 

Keep smoking and alcohol to a minimum, healthy on the inside reflects on the outside.
